Why walk?

Follow the Whitland Abbey byway walking route from Whitland town centre up to the historic Whitland Abbey, which was the Mother Abbey for the Cistercians in Wales. Excellent for dog walkers or leisurely exercise. This route takes you from just south of Whitland to Lampeter House in Lampeter Velfrey, using part of the Landsker Borderlands Trail much of the way. 

This is a linear walk.

The walk is just over 5km.

Starting point: This walk starts just south of Whitland, after Tevaughan.
