Tywi Valley Path | Code of conduct

For your safety
Do not access the riverbank - all users must stay away from the watercourse at all times.
Respect farmland - do not trespass into fields, damage fences, or interfere with crops or livestock.
Be aware of flooding - check Natural Resources Wales flood alerts before accessing the path.
Road Safety - note that parts of the path cross or run on existing public roads - please ensure that children are supervised when crossing.

For everyone's enjoyment
Keep dogs on leads at all times - a Public Space Protection Order is in place. Leads must be less than 2m in length.
Dispose of litter properly and leave no trace. Bins are provided at all access points.

To share with care
Use a bell or voice to warn before overtaking - never startle people.
Keep left wherever possible and respect other users.
Ride at a safe speed for the conditions and level of path use.
