Llandovery.
Llandovery is an ancient market town situated on the west bank of the upper reaches of the river Towy in Carmarthenshire. The name itself is an anglicised form of the welsh, Llanymddyfri, which means 'Church amongst the Waters'. The Triathlon will be a pool based event with a revised 22km ride taking you up the valley towards the village of Rhandirmwyn. You will turn in Rhandirmwyn and re-trace your path back towards Llandovery Leisure Ctr. A truly scenic bike ride which is undulating and with the 5km run to finish it will prove to be a huge favourite.

Stradey Park Hotel are delighted to have partnered with Llanelly House to bring you a murder mystery night on the 27th June, 2015 starting at 6.45pm. You are invited for a very unique menu of Murder, Mystery and Marvellous Food. Greeted by the Mistress of the House to enjoy a sumptuous dinner, try delightful wines... But then - a bloodcurling scream... You get a chance to play detective to help uncover the culprit in this Victorian whodunit. All of this skulduggery takes place in the beautifully restored Llanelly House. A menu of fresh, locally produced dishes by Head Chef Anna Brown, will see the evening go off with a bang! You'll play the role of detective and interrogate key individuals and witnesses as you wander around the House, talking to the characters involved. From Dr Thomas the Surgeon, Mr William Chambers the owners of the house through to more lowly servants of the era. Tickets are £130 per couple and include a killer 3 course meal, unique murder mystery event, overnight stay in a twin or double room at Stradey Park Hotel inclusive of breakfast.
