Starting from the Guildhall, Carmarthen.
Every Wednesday until the end of September. 7pm. Take a trip through Carmarthen's creepy past and meet murderers and their victims; visit the sites of grisly executions; discover dark secrets from bygone days - and find out where the ghosts walk! This award-winning walk is suitable for all ages and is given a unique magical twist, including experiments in mind-reading and ESP which you might be invited to take part in. Meet artists Harry and Nicola Wendrich in their tranquil garden studio beside Parc Howard, and listen to the amazing music produced by the biorhythms of plants and trees in the garden (a dry day is best!). Spiritual and Prophetic paintings, and a stall of Temple Crafts including Meditation Aids, Tarot, Incense ingredients, Astrological Birth Charts and many unique and unusual gift items. Llanelli Standard Distance Triathlon

Burry Port, Llanelli.
We are Staying in Burry Port Harbour for 2015 and an Open water Sea Swim. The Llanelli Standard was a brand new race on the Triathlon calendar for 2012 and attracted over 150 entrants for 2013. It is quickly becoming a must do event for those looking to complete a Standard Distance Triathlon and was voted Welsh Triathlon of the Year in 2013. The new course at Burry Port Harbour proved to be a huge success in 2014.

The Face of the Globe Wales National Final comes to Carmarthenshire for the first time, in an exciting new partnership with the Ffwrnes, and will showcase the talents of inspiring young women and girls from across Wales. In the run up to the final, contestants will have raised hundreds of pounds for the Rainbow Child Foundation, and the final will see the crowning of the new Face of the Globe Team Wales, before they go on to represent Wales at the international Face of the Globe Grand Finals in London and Paris.  0845 2263510
