These limited edition high quality cycling shirts have been produced to celebrate the OVO Tour of Britain coming to Carmarthenshire for the first time in 2018. The 2nd September sees Carmarthenshire - the cycling hub of Wales - host not just the Grand Depart of the 2018 competition at Pembrey Country Park but also a large amount of the whole of Stage 1 as it finishes in the City of Newport.
You now have the chance to purchase these celebration cycling shirts by completing the online form below. Please note this is a limited edition product available on a first come, first served basis.

The Cycling shirts will be sent out to you via standard royal mail postage within 10 working days of Payment being received. Postage and package is included for UK delivery only.
It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us. Should for any reason you wish to return the product, you have 14 days after receiving it to cancel the contract by returning it to us at the address below. Postage and packaging costs to be covered by yourself.

Terms and Conditions for sale
1.1 “Buyer” means the person or organisation who buys goods from the Seller”
1.2 “Conditions” means the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
1.3 “Delivery Date” means the date when the goods are delivered.
1.4 “Goods” means the articles supplied by the Seller to the Buyer
1.5 “Intellectual Property Rights” means all registered and unregistered designs, copyright and other forms of intellectual property wherever in the world enforceable.
1.6 “Price” means the price paid by the buyer to the seller for the Goods
1.7 “Seller” means Carmarthenshire County Council, County Hall, Carmarthen, SA31 1JP.
2.1 All orders for goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the buyer to purchase the goods subject to these conditions.
2.2 Acceptance of delivery of the goods shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the Buyer’s acceptance of these conditions
2.3 Nothing in these conditions shall affect the statutory rights of any Buyer dealing as a consumer.
3. Price and Payment
3.1 The Price of the Goods shall be £35.00 (adult size) & £20.00 (child size)
3.2 Payment for the goods shall be made when the order for the goods is placed by the Buyer
4.1 The Seller will deliver the Goods to the Buyer on/within 10 working days of Payment being received from the Buyer
4.2 Delivery of the Goods shall be by way of standard royal mail
4.3 The Seller will not charge the buyer for delivery of the goods within the UK whilst deliveries outside this area will be provided at cost.
5.1 The Buyer has 14 days to cancel the contract, starting the day after the day on which the goods come into the physical possession of the Buyer (see below model cancellation form).
5.2 If the Buyer returns the Goods to the Seller in accordance with Clause 5.2 the Seller Shall refund the Buyer the Price of the goods within fourteen days.
6. Risk and Title
6.1 Ownership of the Goods shall pass from the Seller to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods to the Buyer
6.2 The Seller shall be responsible for any loss of or damage to the Goods
7.1 Where the Goods are found to be defective upon delivery the Seller shall replace the Goods at no extra cost to the Buyer or alternatively refund the Buyer the Price of the Goods whichever the Seller prefers at its absolute discretion.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 Any intellectual property rights that exist in the design and manufacture of the Goods shall vest in the Seller.
9. Force Majeure
9.1 The Seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this contract if the delay or failure results from circumstances or events outside its reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire and flood.
9.2 If the Delay persists for such time as the Seller considers unreasonable it may without any liability on its part terminate the contract.
10. Entire Agreement
10.1 These conditions constitute the entire agreement
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
